Shah Jeera

Shah Jeera or Caraway Seeds is used extensively in medicines and cooking. An important ingredient to Indian Garam Masala. This is darker and tastes much sweeter than normal jeera. It is used mainly in Tandoori dishes and in some specific Indian curries. An essential part of exotic, rich spice blends which form a quintessential part of Indian Cuisine.
